Revocation policy

1. The right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

2. Revocation period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

3. Notice of revocation

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eponium,located at Neerpeltstraat 52, 4826 DB,Breda, Netherlands) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or by e- mail). For this purpose, you can use the model withdrawal form (below), or make a statement clearly expressing your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

4. Compliance with withdrawal period

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

6. Lien

We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

7. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us ( Eponium,Konijnenberg 98, 4825 BE,Postbus 8587,Breda, the Netherlands) without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you have decided to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods

9. Compensation of depreciation

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
